Chillin it

 Impromptu Fountain Square date, grillin brawts and shrimp and so much sun I could die. Friday around the fire we all enjoyed a single pour of EH Taylor and it was so special. It was a great weekend and still one more day! Caleb suggested a walk to Hardee’s yesterday morning and it really meant something to me. Mowed the lawn and trimmed things up. Today will be food prep and reading. Some gym time and less alcohol this weekend was good for my mind. Just sticking to these goals for myself and showing me I can do it. I love me again. Know my worth and boundaries.

 Two days no booze, quitting smoking after this pack. Exercise, food prep, started a book, peaceful mind, work was great…I’m happy. Me and caleb are planning some intimate time this weekend…

I want to remember the peace, joy and gratitude I felt today.

Bourbon Beauty

 Well, delayed birthday trip for dad. We went to Kentucky for a Woodford Reserve tour and stopped at Buffalo Trace in the way. The things I learned I’ll never forget. Much needed laughs, love, bourbons and beauty. Our air b&b even had a cat, firepit and we made some dinners and watch a great doc on Hulu called Neat. And it was to say the least…

Summer is coming

 Got the mulch down, first mow of 2022, cleaned out the barn and did some sun bathing.
